DESCRIPTION
The filling machine model NJP-1200A is fully automatic capsule filling and closing machine, suitable for dosing powder/granules/pellet in hard gelatin capsules.
It adopts intermittent motion and multi-position tamped dosing method to complete capsule orientation, separation, filling, closing and ejection etc. With different size parts the machine is suitable for size 00 to size 5 of empty capsules.
The production speed can be controlled by means of a frequency converter.
The machine is designed in accordance with GMP standard. All parts in contact with product are made of stainless steel or GMP approval material. Advantage of the machine is advanced designing, novel structure, precise dosing, safe and reliable, high filling rate etc.
FEATURES:
● New Indexer gear box structure.
● Filling structure is handled by modularity, as well as precious design, reliability and low wear rate.
● The material of all parts contacted with products is stainless steel or GMP approval material, whole close structure ensure products avoiding pollution, accord with GMP completely.
● Can fill No.00-No.5 gelatin capsule, capsule acceptability is more than 99%.
● Velocity Modulation and PLC control system ensure the operation process safety and convenience
● New model structure, ten-work position, whole close and intermittent turret, upper and lower segment’s single-direction movement is very safe;
● The new model structure whole close dosage device, pressing powder into the slug through five times tamping, ensure the dosage precision. Electric Control System adopts PLC and velocity modulation Electric parts are from world top brands, such as PHOENIX, OMRON and so on, operating nicety, safety and reliable.
STRUCTURE PRINCIPLE
● The four doors of the machine have switches or sensors attached. When one door is open or not closed in, machine cannot be started or machine will be stopped in operation status.
● When the overload of main motor, vacuum pump, feeder motor or the frequency converter fault machine will shut down and start alarm.
● When “preset output” and “preset time” has been reached, the machine will shut down and start alarm. When the powder is less than minimum level, the machine will shut down and start alarm.
● During operation status, the main motor cannot be started if the vacuum pump is not started first.
● During running the machine should be provided with a dust collection system in order to remove the defective capsules and residual powder at segment.
